Free Trial

All AssistyAI subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features of your chosen plan. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged. Simply use the /erase command in our Telegram bot or contact support.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current period

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues - If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault
  • Billing errors - If you were charged incorrectly
  • Within 48 hours of first charge - If you forgot to cancel before trial ended and have not used the service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your registered phone number or Telegram ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of the charge

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
