2. Description of Service

AssistyAI provides an AI-powered phone secretary service that answers calls on your behalf, transcribes conversations, and delivers summaries via Telegram. The service includes voice cloning technology to create a personalized AI assistant.

3. Subscription Plans

• Basic Plan ($9.99/month) - 100 minutes, 1 secretary number, 7-day free trial
• Pro Plan ($29.99/month) - 500 minutes, 2 numbers, premium voice features

All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AssistyAI for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Impersonating others without consent
• Harassment or abusive communications
• Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

The AssistyAI service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by RD-GLOBAL INC LTD. Your voice data and call recordings remain your property, but you grant us a license to process them for service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

AssistyAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time using the /erase command in our Telegram bot. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
